7.00 am. get up and take a bath, 7.30 am. dressing ,have breakfast and driving car to your office at 8.30 am., phone call ,sending fax and appoint your customers till 12.30 pm. ,have lunch then continue your work ,meeting at 7.00 pm.,8.30 pm. go home and have dinner ,take a bath,
watching TV. ,clear you work and then 12.00 pm. go to sleep.
It's seem to that your life is very hurry.I think that why we are not be slower for our better life.
Now We spend our life for earning much more than take care our health.
Fast living is not good to our health and make us be
Hurry Sickness Syndrome(can not breathe comfortably).
These ways to suggest you to do Slow Living.
1. Get up early everyday ,but breathe deeply slowly (in and out). : It make you fresh everyday.
Your brain will be fresh.You will have power to manage your all day activities better than
you get up lately and fast breath.
2. Work slowly ,but 100 % performance
3. Slow food not fast food.
You should choose useful food and eat slowly.
4. Slow shopping
You should take time to shop everything slowly for best shopping.
5. Slow travel
You should visit some place slowly and take time to see and touch it happily.
6. Exercise everyday
You should find chance to exercise everyday-it make you stronger.(running ,Yoka,
Tai-chi,etc.)
These are Slow Living ideas to make you happy with high performance too.
